In Full Bloom

The motif of this Edit is the plum blossom, a Chinese flower that blooms in the face of adversity. We thought there was no better choice of flower to reflect the world we live in and the hopes we have for our post-pandemic lives. The plum blossom acts as a reminder in Chinese culture that spring will come, bringing with it hope and prosperity.

This print features on four garments – a pleated cap sleeve dress, sleeveless button-up dress, pussy-bow shirt, and a midi dress. We made each using Crepe de Chine silk, including a full silk lining, for a luxurious experience. This lightweight fabric means these pieces can take you through spring and summer with ease, reimagining the classic silhouettes with an elevated and feminine twist.
